Follow the Warmth

Find a comfortable place to sit with a journal or a piece of paper.

Take a slow breath. You don’t need to solve anything today — you’re simply gathering clues.

Think back over the past week.

Not the biggest moments. The smallest ones.

Moments when something felt just a little lighter, a little warmer, a little more like yourself.

Maybe you smiled without thinking.

Maybe you lost track of time for a few minutes.

Maybe something made you curious, or you found yourself wanting to linger instead of rushing to the next thing.

Write down three of those moments.

They don’t need to be impressive. Just honest.

When you’ve written them, read them back slowly.

Without analyzing, simply notice:

What do these moments have in common?

How did your body feel when you were there?

Was there ease? Curiosity? A little more breath?

You don’t need to decide what any of it means.

You’re simply learning the language of your own aliveness.

For now, that’s enough.
