What are you turning toward?

Find a position that feels supportive.

Take a few breaths and allow yourself to arrive.

You don’t need to become completely still. Just quiet enough to notice.

Bring your attention to something that surfaced recently.

A feeling. A thought. A memory.

Something you’ve missed.

Something you keep returning to without quite knowing why.

Let it be present without asking what it means or deciding what to do about it.

Just notice what happens in your body when you bring it closer.

Is there warmth?

Softening?

A subtle reaching?

A little more breath?

Maybe nothing obvious happens at all.

Stay for another moment.

And notice whether some part of you seems to turn toward it.

Simply because something in you recognizes it.

You don’t have to follow it yet.

For now, notice the direction.

That’s enough.
