Feeling your edge
Find a comfortable position and take a few slow, deep breaths.
Let your awareness settle inward.
And simply notice —
Is there a pull toward something?
A tension?
A hesitation?
Something already present beneath the surface?
Maybe something you don’t quite understand yet — but it’s there.
Allow yourself to feel it.
And perhaps slowly move toward it.
One small movement.
In your own time.
At your own pace.
Notice what happens in your body as you do.
A softening.
A tightening.
A subtle shift.
Whatever arises — stay with it.
It may begin to fade.
Or it may begin to feel just a little uncomfortable to stay with.
When you begin sensing the urge to pull away —
pause.
Notice that moment.
You may have found your edge.
Come back to your breath.
You moved.
You stayed with yourself.
And you returned.
That’s enough.
